How it works

From a brand name to a tracked conversation

You find the brands in SellerAmp or Keepa. ASINreach handles the writing, the sending, the waiting and the chasing.

  1. Add your brands

    Paste them as “Brand, email”, one per line. Brands you have already written to are recognised and set aside.

  2. Review each draft

    Your template is adapted to every brand. Nothing leaves your mailbox until you approve it.

  3. Emails go out on a schedule

    Approved emails are sent one at a time from your own Microsoft 365 account, spaced apart, within your daily limit and during US business hours.

  4. Replies are sorted, silence gets a follow-up

    Each reply is read and labelled positive, declined, referred or unclear. Brands that stay quiet get a follow-up in the same thread.

  • A personalised email per brand

    You write the template once. Each brand gets its own version, so the email reads like it was written for them.

  • You approve every email

    Every first email and every follow-up waits in an approval queue. You can edit or reject any of them.

  • Sent from your own mailbox

    Emails go out through your Microsoft 365 account, from your address, and show up in your Sent Items like any other email you write.

  • Replies sorted for you

    Incoming replies are read by AI and filed under one of four labels, so you open the promising ones first.

    If a brand has not answered, the follow-up is sent as a reply to your original email, so the brand sees the whole conversation.

  • No brand contacted twice

    Before drafting, ASINreach checks the brand name, the email address, the company domain and your Outlook Sent Items.

  • Daily limits and business hours

    You set how many emails go out per day. Sending is spaced out and kept to US business hours.

  • One place to see where each brand stands

    Drafted, sent, replied, followed up or skipped. The status of every brand is on one screen.

Does it send anything without my approval?

No. Every email, including follow-ups, waits for your approval before it is sent.

Which email providers does it work with?

Microsoft 365 today. If you use something else, write to hello@asinreach.com so we know what to build next.

Where do I get the brand contacts?

For now you bring them: a brand name and an email address. Contact finding is on the roadmap but not built yet.

Could it email a brand I have already contacted?

It is built to avoid that. It compares each new brand against the names, addresses and company domains it already knows, and against your Outlook Sent Items.

Does it guarantee that brands will approve my account?

No. ASINreach makes outreach faster and more organised. Whether a brand opens an account for you is the brand’s decision.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is not set yet. People on the waitlist will hear it first.

Is ASINreach affiliated with Amazon?

No. ASINreach is an independent tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, Keepa or SellerAmp.
